Hello, and welcome to my site. For those of you who are new to my work, I am a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Content Creator and Gymnastics Coach based in Manchester.
I have been working in the fitness space for over 6 years now and have had a wide range of experience from working in Scotland at the Hilton Grand Vacations as Assistant Manager at the Craigendarroch Country Club, to Club Supervisor at Trafford Leisure, The Grammar Leisure Centre in Hale, England and being apart of Trafford Leisure Gymnastics Programme. Trafford Gymnastics is well respected and is already one of the largest leisure centre gymnastics schemes in the UK. 
I discovered a passion for fitness whilst undergoing the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at Nottingham Law School. After graduation from the University of Bolton with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), I decided to pursue this passion and change the direction of my career.
Since then, I have gone on a personal and professional journey that has led me to competing for a place on the popular hit TV show Britain's Next Top Model. Furthermore being scouted for Miss Manchester, Miss Black Yorkshire and Miss Black Britain UK. It was the first national black integrated beauty contest in the UK. Miss Black Britain UK aims to close the gap in the division within black British communities and unite and educate the cultural differences and embrace them.
After legal studies, I pursued a modelling career with Sports Direct. I learnt about the importance of nutrition and the need to follow a diet rich in nutrient-dense whole foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains and proteins. 
My work today as a Non-Diet, Weight Inclusive Personal Trainer who specialises in gymnastics, flexibility and mobility to help my clients, classes and community to train happy! 
My goal is to help you ditch diet culture and re-discover a positive relationship with fitness, food and your body so movement is no longer a chore you have to endure but a form of self care that you look forward to.
