Meet Isabella Key!

Extremely popular and well liked amongst her peers. Always compliant. Beautiful gymnast. Extremely reserved. Completely enjoyable to teach. 
This week Isabella Key performed a Straddle Vault. Isabella Key's progression has come on in leaps and bounds. The vault is an artistic gymnastic apparatus which gymnasts perform on. To perform a vault, the gymnast runs down a runway (the run). They perform a 'hurdle step' onto a springboard and propel themselves forward with considerable amount of power onto the vault with their hands (the preflight or first flight and block utilizing shoulder strength).  The Straddle Vault was performed beautifully. Isabella Key understands that in order to develop this skill and be consistent, it is pertinent that she maintains her upper body strength.
